概要 general info
★学習連絡会を実施します。2025年４月６日(日)９時50分集合、それまでに返却
物のピックアップ等をすませ着席し、メニューが開始となるのが10時です。
Wewill have a whole-day session on 4/6/2025. Make sure to come by
9:50 andpickup documents before the first menu starts at 10am.

All the participants are expected to come.
★場所は九州大学西新プラザ２階中会議室です。
The venue is Middle MeetingRoom, Kyushu University Nishijin Plaza.
★昼食は御持参下さい。Make sure to bring your lunch.

advice by21 April.【共創学部の方々の単位選択】Kyoso students★本研修を「学術英語・集中演習」でなく「海外活動A1」の単位とすることができ ます。帰国後共創学部教務事務に確認し、担当教員から「学術英語・集中演習」 の成績報告があってから以降の手続きは自己責任にてお進め下さい。 Kyusostudents could translate the academic units of "Academic English Intensive"into "Kaigai Katsudo A1". Ask how to do that at Kyoso office.★本研修を留学義務に使う方は、すでに「異文化対応１」の受講は手配済みと思い ますが、帰国後本研修をテーマに「異文化対応２」を受講してください。 If you use this program to fulfill the overseas study requirement of Kyoso, you must take "Intercultural Management 2" after returning to
Japan in addition to "Intercultural Management 1" (before going overseas).★現地専門科目は共創学部の認める授業でないと本研修を留学義務に利用できない ので、専門科目選択にあたっては担当教員に相談して下さい。 You can not use this program to graduate, if a new lecture course is not accepted by Kyoso. Make sure to contact the professor in charge before choosing your lecture course.【費用の払い込み】Payments★2025年組の場合は下記のようになります。In the case of 2025 participants, 【ケンブリッジへ支払う料金・往復旅費関係・保険特約】 Cambridge / flights and a hotel / supplementary insurance 旅行業者から５月上旬頃までに来る用紙で５月内のどこか迄に振込の予定です。 Pay by the deadline in May (TBA) as given in the invoice from our travel agent.★人により 一日の振込額限度（例：50万円） があり、最大３日に分ける必要があ ることがあります。When you have a limitation of \500,000 for one day's banktransfer, it means you need three days at most for your payment. ＊締切日にそれを知って慌てるということがないように調べておいて下さい。 Make sure to find out you have sunch a limitation in advance to avoid tragedy on the day of payment deadline. 【学研災付帯海学保険、J-TAS料金】 group travel insurance / group security scheme (J-TAS)★担当教員が団体加入の手続きをしますが、後日メールで届く案内に従い、クレカ でお支払いいただきます。最終的には加入者証と案内書類が送られてきます。 The professor in charge will make anapplication for these, but each participant should make a payment with a credit card later.Your ID card and some documents will finally arrive at you.【パスポートのコピー】scanned copy of your passport★パスポートの写真氏名面のコピー（B5用紙：拡大不要）お撮り下さい。 Make sure to make a pdf copy (B5, no enlargement) of your photo page. ＊pdfにスキャンし、担当教員へメール添付で送って下さい。これがカレッジに 送られないとvisa letterの発行を受けられません。 Send it to the professor in charge. If this were not sent to the college, you will not have your visa letter issued. ＊万一に備え、自分用に写真を撮り、スマホやPCに格納しておいて下さい。 Keep one copy in your mobile phone or PC just in case.【海外旅行保険＋安全サービス】Travel Insurance & security scheme★物損壊や傷害の過失対応の損害賠償が可能な保険の加入が現地との契約上必須。 We are required by our contract with the college to insure ourselves against causing property damage or unintentional infliction of injury.★一般の保険の半額程度で済むので、日本国際教育支援協会学生教育研究災害傷害 保険付帯海外留学保険（略称「付帯海学」）を利用します。グループ全員加入が 条件になっていますので例外なしです。１人でも欠けると全体加入不可です。 We use overseas travel insurance of Gakkensai (by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services)as a group because it is far cheaper. All the members should use and pay for it without any single exception.★学生教育研究災害傷害保険（学研災）本体に加入していることが条件です。４月 以降の１年加入で千円未満です。未加入の方は４月８日までに加入して下さい。 方法は各キャンパスの学生系事務でお尋ね下さい。In order to use the insurance above, you have to join the basic non-travel part of Gakkensai. Those who haven't should join it by 8 April (less than \1,000 per AY). Ask your department office where and how you join this basic part.★「海外留学生安全対策協議会」のJ-TASという現地安全サービスを付帯海学と抱 き合わせで団体加入します。詳細は上記【費用の払込】を参照。 We usesomesecurity scheme (J-TAS [JCSOS Total Assistance Service] by JCSOS [Japanese Council for the Safety of Overseas Students])coupled with Gakkensai.★【費用の払込】にある保険特約にも加入して下さい。旅行業者からの案内を御覧 ください。これは中止してもケンブリッジ側が返金しないケースへの備えです。 In addtion to these,you have to join the supplementary insurance mentioned in【Payment】, so that you may have a refund in the cases like when the University of Cambridge do not give us reimbursement.【現地部屋タイプの選択】Single or Twin★現地学寮で２人部屋希望者は４月12日（土）までにメールでお知らせ下さい。 If you want a twin room, contact the professor in charge by 12 April. ＊２人部屋は成蹊の人数次第で幾つになるかまだ不明です。 How many twin rooms are available depends on the number of participants from Seikei and therefore is unknown currently. ＊２人部屋は約７万円安いですが１人部屋にベッド増設です（鍵は２つ）。 It is around 7-man yen cheaper if you use a twin room (originally a single room; added with one extra bed). Two keys are given.★調整が必要な時、他の要因がなければ原則として研修申込の早い方が優先です。 Usually, earlier applicants for our program have priority on a twin room.★２人部屋希望の際、特記がなければ同室の方は同性なら誰でも可と理解します。 When you apply for a twin room without any preference about a roommate, it means you could stay with anyone of the same sex. ＊同室希望者名を書く場合は必ず互いの了解を事前に得て下さい。If you designate your roommate, you must obtain their permission in advance. ＊相手未指定「○学部なら誰でもよくそれが無理なら１人部屋」等でも可です。 You could make a request like "anyone from the same undergreaduate school as mine but a single room if that is impossible".★１人部屋／２人部屋は希望通りになるとは限りません。大きさはほぼ同じ。 Your wish as to single/twin is not always met. They are similar in size.★下記も御勘案下さい。Think about the following when making a decision. ＊ひとりだと勉強がはかどるwhether you concentrate on study ＊話相手がいるwhether you have someone to talk with ＊荷物の置き場所の広狭whether you have plenty of space for your things ＊２人部屋でも机スタンドが１つかもa twin may have only one desk (light) ＊寝起きの時刻の自由whether you can go to sleep and get up as you like★今後参加キャンセルする方が生じると、２人部屋の数を減らす必要があります。 We need to decrease the number of twin rooms if we have a withdrawer. ＊いったん２人部屋で決まっても、後から１人部屋になる場合があります。 In that case, some twin-room occupants may be given singles. ＊その場合、研修への申込みが遅かった方から順に変更となります。In that case, newer applicants for our program will have this room change. ＊この部屋変更による費用増分はキャンセルした方の負担とします。 In that case, the withdrawer will compensate for the increase of the room cost of ex-twin-room occpupants having to pay for single rooms.【奨学金用口座振込同意書】bank account consent form★奨学金受取のための口座登録が必要です。大学に提出をしていない方は記入して 担当教員に御提出下さい。If you have never submitted bank account consent form like the one the professor in charge will send to you via e-mail,make sure to submit it to him by a designated deadline. ＊必要に応じてパスワードを付すなど保護対策をして下さい。Do something forthe purpose of safety, as need be, like make it password-protected.★フォームはメールでお届けします。The form will be sent to you via e-mail.【写真と戸籍謄本の現地研修への持参：日本国籍の場合】 photo & official copy of your family register: Japanese nationals★パスポートの現地紛失に備えコピーの他次のものを現地研修へ持参して下さい。 Make sure to take the following with you to the UK for passport loss. ＊パスポート用予備写真２枚two photos of you for your new passport ＊戸籍謄本（紛失時点から６ヶ月以内発行）official copy of family register which is issuedwithin 6 monthsof passport loss★戸籍書類はないと現地で日本から取り寄せることになります。 If you don't have the family register during the stay in the UK, you will have to ask your family to send it to you.【講義クラス１つの選択】one lecture course selection★講義科目選択希望をメールでお知らせ下さい。Submit your choice on Moodle.★必ず３位迄優先順位をつけて下さい。３つない場合は空きのある講義とします。 Make sure to give three lecturecourses in the order of preference like "VAB/SC/AP". Othewise, you will be given a lecture with vacancy.★シラバス等はムードルに掲載します。締切は４月12日（土）とします。 Syllabuses etc. are installed on Moodle. ! ＊SH：シャーロック・ホームズ好きにとって興味のある内容だった。 Sherlock Holmes: Interesting contents to fans.【英国にとってvisa nationalの外国籍の方の対応】visa nationals to UK★現地から書類が届いたら、届き次第在大阪英国領事館にて英国のvisaの取得をお 願いします。発行まで現在最大３カ月かかっているようです。 Non-Japanesestudents who are visa nationals to the UK, should, as soon as they getrelated documents from the college, should visit the British Consulate inOsaka to obtain a right Visa. It takes 3 months maximum.★発行されたらコピーを担当教員までお届けください。 When you get the Visa, send a photocopy of it to the professor in charge.【鉄道時刻の確認】train timetables★予定時刻は冬ダイヤで組み立てたので、当日のダイヤが発表され次第確認必要。 Since you made weekend travel plans on the basis of old timetable, you have to research the correct train times as soon as they get available.★ダイヤは12週間前から公開、座席指定もその時点からですが、レールパスと組み 合わせる場合は乗車１年前からも可能。Usually, train timesand seat reservation are available 12 weeks prior to your travel.
