We will have a whole-day session on Sunday April 5, 2026. Make sure to
come by 9:10 to pick up documents before the first menu starts at 10am.

All the participants are expected to come.
★場所は九州大学西新プラザ２階中会議室です。
The venue is Middle Meeting Room, Kyushu University Nishijin Plaza.

以下の対応はすべて４月学習連絡会以降にお願いします。Do the following only after the April whole-day session.【英語学習進捗表】Learning Plan★４月11日（土）締切で８月までの計画をムードル提出。 Submit learning plan until August by 11 April.【訪問地研究】Destination Research★６月に訪問地研究の発表を予定しています。割当は4/5発表、下記は仮のもの。 Make presentations about your travel destinations in the June whole-day session. Tthe destinations will be annouced in the April session. The
topics below are temporary and subject to change depending on your travels.★5月6日締切、発表用ファイル１件２MBまででムードルに提出して下さい。 ＊その後指示されて修正しメールで再提出する場合も2MBまで。 ＊発表者ツールは利用不可としますので原稿をセットしておくことは不可です。 Submit slides (up to 2MB) on Moodle by 6 May. The same limit applies when you resubmit your file via e-mail on request. advice by 22 April.【共創学部の方々の単位選択】Kyoso students★本研修を「学術英語・集中演習」でなく「海外活動A1」の単位とすることが従来 できます。 Kyoso students can use this programme not for Academic English Intensive but for Kaigai Katsudo A1 in order to satisfy the study-abroad requirement for graduation from Kyoso.★帰国後共創学部教務事務に確認し、担当教員から「学術英語・集中演習」の成績 報告があってから以降の手続きは自己責任にてお進め下さい。 Kyuso students could translate the academic units of "Academic English
Intensive " into "Kaigai Katsudo A1". Ask how to do that
at Kyoso office.★本研修を留学義務に使う方は、すでに「異文化対応１」の受講は手配済みと思い ますが、帰国後本研修をテーマに「異文化対応２」を受講してください。 If you use this program to fulfill the overseas study requirement of Kyoso, you must take "Intercultural Management 2" after returning to
Japan in addition to "Intercultural Management 1" (before going overseas).★現地専門科目は共創学部の認める授業でないと本研修を留学義務に利用できない ので、専門科目選択にあたっては担当教員に相談して下さい。 You can not use this program to graduate, if a new lecture course is not accepted by Kyoso. Make sure to contact the professor in charge before choosing your lecture course.【費用の払い込み】Payments★2026年組の場合は下記のようになります。In the case of 2026 participants, 【ケンブリッジへ支払う料金・往復旅費関係・保険特約】 Cambridge / flights and a hotel / supplementary insurance 旅行業者から3月下旬～４月上旬頃に来る予定の説明書に従い、４月内のどこか 迄に振込の予定です。 Pay by the deadline in April (TBA) as given in the invoice from our travel agent.★人により 一日の振込額限度（例：50万円） があり、最大３日に分ける必要があ ることがあります。When you have a limitation of \500,000 for one day's bank transfer, it means you need three days at most for your payment. ＊締切日にそれを知って慌てるということがないように調べておいて下さい。 Make sure to find out in advance if you have sunch a limitation to avoid tragedy on the day of payment deadline.【学研災付帯海学保険、J-TAS料金】 group travel insurance / group security scheme (J-TAS)★担当教員が団体加入の手続きをしますが、後日メールで届く案内に従い、クレカ でお支払いいただきます。最終的には加入者証と案内書類が送られてきます。 The professor in charge will make an application for these, but each participant should make a payment with a credit card later. Your ID card and some documents will finally arrive at you.★物損壊や傷害の過失対応の損害賠償が可能な保険の加入が現地との契約上必須。 We are required by our contract with the college to insure ourselves against causing property damage or unintentional infliction of injury.★一般の保険の半額程度で済むので、日本国際教育支援協会学生教育研究災害傷害 保険付帯海外留学保険（略称「付帯海学」）を利用します。グループ全員加入が 条件になっていますので例外なしです。１人でも欠けると全体加入不可です。 We use overseas travel insurance of Gakkensai (by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services) as a group because it is far cheaper. All the members should use and pay for it without any single exception.★学生教育研究災害傷害保険（学研災）本体に加入していることが条件です。４月 以降の１年加入で千円未満です。未加入の方は４月８日までに加入して下さい。 方法は各キャンパスの学生系事務でお尋ね下さい。In order to use the insurance above, you have to join the basic non-travel part of Gakkensai. Those who haven't should join it by 8 April (less than \1,000 per AY). !【英国にとってvisa nationalの外国籍の方の対応】visa nationals to UK★現地から書類が届いたら、届き次第在大阪英国領事館にて英国のvisaの取得をお 願いします。申請は出発３か月前から。ウェブ申請も可能なようです。調査を。 Non-Japanese students who are visa nationals to the UK, should, as soon as they get related documents from the college, visit the British Consulate in Osaka to obtain a right Visa (or online). Application starts 3 months prior to your departure day from Japan.★発行されたらコピーを担当教員までお届けください。 When you get the Visa, send a photocopy of it to the professor in charge.【鉄道時刻の確認】train timetables★予定時刻は冬ダイヤで組み立てたので、当日のダイヤが発表され次第確認必要。 Since you made weekend travel plans on the basis of old timetable, you have to research the correct train times as soon as they become available.★ダイヤは12週間前から公開、座席指定もその時点からですが、レールパスと組み 合わせる場合は乗車１年前からも可能。Usually, train times and seat reservations are available 12 weeks prior to your travel.
