きは再度お願います。

【キャンセルした場合の負担】cancellation charge
★<研修自体のキャンセル> the cancellation of the program itself
・過去に例はありません。We have never experienced this tragedy.
・ケンブリッジ大学側の都合で現地研修が中止になる場合、費用を払い込んだ後
でも全額返金されます（但し為替レートの差損が発生する場合があります）。
When the program is cancelled for reasons on the part of the college,
the feeyou have paid to the college will be reimbursed (you might have
a loss due to the exchange rate difference).
・キャンセル時の往復航空券関係は旅行業者、航空会社の規定によります。
Thecancellation charge of flights depends totally on the travel agent and
the airline company.
・すでに学研災付帯留学保険料金、特別補償保険、海外留学生安全対策協議会の
危機管理サービス（J-TAS）の料金が支払済の場合、戻らない場合もあります。
If the program is canceled, money you have paid forthe group overseas
travel insurance by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, the
special contract group insurance, and JCSOS (Japanese Council for the
Safety of Overseas Students) Total Assistance Service maynot be
refunded.
★＜個人の参加辞退＞individual withdrawal
★10/3/2025（申込締切日）まで
by 10/3/2025 (the application deadline)
・キャンセル料の負担は全くありません。この時点で辞退者により最低催行人員
（2026年組では23名の予定）を割り込んだ場合は、追加合格候補者を選びます
が、最低催行人員回復が下記10/13/2025までに間に合わなかったときは研修は
中止です。申込後の辞退がないようにきちんと決心してからお申込みください。
No cancellation charge would be imposed. Additional students would be
selected if there are fewer applicants than the required minimum (23) for
the2025 program as of 10/3/2025, but the whole program would be
cancelled if the total number of successful applicants does not reach 23 as
of 10/13/2025. Make sure to consider application carefully before actually
applying so that your withdrawal may not disappoint other applicants.
★10/13/2025（合否判定の言語文化研究院総務会打合日前日）まで
by 10/13/2025 (the deadline for agenda of the executive meeting of the
Faculty of Languages and Cultures)
・キャンセル料の負担は「原則として」ありません。
"Basically", no cancellation charge would be imposed.
・但し辞退者が生じたことで催行最低人員（2026年組は23名の予定）を下回るこ
とになった場合、グループ全体で不足人数分の差額を負担する必要があり、そ
の差額は10/3/2025より後の辞退者に均等割負担とせざるを得ません。
If withdrawing applicants cause the total number ofapplicants to be
smaller than the required minimum (23 for the 2026program), those
who withdraw after 10/3/2025 are required to pay anequal amount of
money to make up for the number of fapplicants in short.
＊計算の例：合格者26名、最低催行人員が23名、10/3/2025以降５名キャン
セルの時、現員21名で２名分最低催行人員を割り込むので、２名分のケン
ブリッジ大分費用をキャンセルした５名で均等負担していただきます。この
場合では、キャンセル者ひとりあたり35万円前後の負担と予想されます。
If, for example, 26 applicants are accepted (when the required
minimum is 24) and 5 of them withdraw, then those 5 withdrawers
must pay for 2 applicants (23-(26-5)=2). In this case, one
withdrawer isexpected to pay around 35 man yen.
★4-5月の滞在部屋タイプ（1/2人部屋）決定以降
after April-May decision of aroom type (single/twin)
・上項の最低催行人員を割り込んだ場合の負担の可能性があり得ます。
The compensatory payment by withdrawers applies like the above case.
・参加辞退により、安い２人部屋から高い１人部屋に移動を余儀なくされる方々
が生じますので、その方々の差額をお支払いください（ひとり移動あたり約７
万円なので、キャンセル一人当たり約14万円）。
A withdrawer during this period would force two participants once given
aless expensive twin room to occupy single rooms, and therefore they
would have to pay for the difference between these two types (estimated
around 14 man yen).
★６月の業者からカレッジへの送金以降
after our travel agent's sending the total fee to the college in June
・契約上ケンブリッジ大学に支払ったお金はキャンセルしても戻ってきません。
Our contract says the fee we have paid to the college would not be
reimbursed when you withdraw.
・交通費は所定のキャンセル料を差し引いて戻ってきます。
Air fares and a hotel cost would be returned with a possible cancellation
charge.
【遅れて渡英もしくは早期／遅れての帰国の場合】
delayed departure from JP or early/delayed departure from UK
★往路国際線に遅れた場合は、団体離脱で帰路団体枠が利用不可になるので、自
弁自力（休日でなければ旅行業者が支援してくれる可能性はあります）で「往
復分（航空会社は自由：帰路は一行と同じ便が便利、なければ翌以降便）」を
予約して単独渡航となります。現地から帰国便に乗れなくなった場合も自弁自
力手配・単独帰国です。これらの場合、団体枠での予約分の払い戻しはなく、
片道別途手配とお考え下さい（パック旅行と同様です）。帰国遅れの場合は、
カレッジが滞在延長（有償）の余地がないときは、ケンブリッジもしくはロン
ドン（あるいはヒースロー空港）での宿泊も自弁自力手配となります。
Should you be late for the flightto London, you have to book your flights
to and from London on yourown and use them possibly alone even if
the returning flights happen to be thesame as the group, because in
this case all the flights arecancelled just like flights ona package tour
can't be changed. A similar thing is true of the case inwhich it turns out
while staying in the UK that you are unable to comeback with the others
on the booked flights. In either case, you willhave a little or no refund
regarding the original flights for the group.

★往路国際線に遅れた場合は、団体離脱で帰路団体枠が利用不可になるので、自
弁自力（休日でなければ旅行業者が支援してくれる可能性はあります）で「往
復分（航空会社は自由：帰路は一行と同じ便が便利、なければ翌以降便）」を
予約して単独渡航となります。現地から帰国便に乗れなくなった場合も自弁自
力手配・単独帰国です。これらの場合、団体枠での予約分の払い戻しはなく、
片道別途手配とお考え下さい（パック旅行と同様です）。帰国遅れの場合は、
カレッジが滞在延長（有償）の余地がないときは、ケンブリッジもしくはロン
