【キャンセルした場合の負担】cancellation charge
<研修自体のキャンセル> the cancellation of the program itself
・過去に例はありません。We have never experienced this case.
・ケンブリッジ大学側の都合で現地研修が中止になる場合、費用を払い込んだ後
でも全額返金されます（但し為替レートの差損が発生する場合があります）。
When the program is cancelled for reasons on the part of the college,
the feeyou have paid to the college will be reimbursed (you might have
a loss due to the exchange rate difference).
・キャンセル時の往復航空券関係は旅行業者、航空会社の規定によります。
Thecancellation charge of flights depends totally on the travel agent and
the airline company
・すでに学研災付帯留学保険料金、特別補償保険、海外留学生安全対策協議会の
危機管理サービス（J-TAS）の料金が既払の場合、戻らない場合もあります。
When you withdraw, money you have paid forthe group overseas
travel insurance by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, the
special contract group insurance, and JCSOS (Japanese Council for the
Safety of Overseas Students) Total Assistance Service maynot be
refunded.
＜個人の参加辞退＞individual withdrawal
★10/3/2024（再募集の場合の申込最終締日）まで
by 10/3/2024 (the deadline for addtional recruitment)
・キャンセル料の負担は全くありません。この時点で辞退者により最低催行人員
（2025年組では23名の予定）を割り込んだ場合は、追加合格候補者を選びます
が、最低催行人員回復が下記10/15/2024までに間に合わなかったときは研修は
中止です。申込後の辞退がないようにきちんと決心してからお申込みください。
No cancellation charge would be imposed. Additional applicants would be
selected if there are fewer applicants than the required minimum (23) for
the2025 programasof10/3/2024,but the whole program would be
cancelled if the total number of applicants does not reach 23 as of
10/15/2024. Make sure to consider application carefully before actually
applying so that your withdrawal may not disappoint other applicants.
★10/15/2024 12:30（合否判定の言語文化研究院総務会打合日）まで
by 10/15/2024 (the deadline for agenda of the executive meeting of the
Faculty of Languages and Cultures)
・キャンセル料の負担は原則としてありません。
In principle, no cancellation charge would be imposed.
・但し辞退者が生じたことによって催行最低人員（2025年組は23名の予定）を下
回ることになった場合、グループ全体として不足人数分の差額を負担する必要が
あり、その差額を10/3/2024より後の辞退者に均等割で負担していただかざる
を得ません。If withdrawing applicants cause the total number of
applicants to be smaller than the required minimum (23 for the 2025
program), those who withdraw after 10/3/2024 are required to pay an
equal amount of money to make up for the numbe ro fapplicants in short.
＊計算の例：合格者が27名、最低催行人員が24名で、合格後５名キャンセルの
とき、現員は22名となって２名分最低催行人員を割り込むので、２名分のケ
ンブリッジ大学分費用をキャンセルした５名で均等負担していただきます。
この例の場合では、キャンセルした方ひとりあたり30万円強の負担と予想さ
れます。
If, for example, 27 applicants are accepted (when the required
minimum is 24) and 5 of them withdraw, then those 5 withdrawers
must pay for 2 applicants (24-(27-5)=2). Inthiscase,one withdrawer
isexpected to pay around 30 man yen.
★4-5月の滞在部屋タイプ（1/2人部屋）決定以降
after April-May decision of aroom type (single/double)
・上項の最低催行人員を割り込んだ場合の負担の可能性があり得ます。
The payment by withdrawers in the above case also applies here.
・参加辞退により、安い２人部屋から高い１人部屋に移動を余儀なくされる方々
が生じますので、その方々の差額をお支払いください（ひとり移動あたり約５
万円なので、キャンセル一人当たり約10万円）。
A withdrawer during this period would force two participants once given
aless expensive double-occupancy room to occupy single rooms and
therefore would have to pay for the difference between these two types.
★６月の業者からカレッジへの送金以降
after our travel agent's sending the total fee to the college in June
・契約上ケンブリッジ大学に支払ったお金はキャンセルしても戻ってきません。
Our contract says the fee we have paid to the college would not be
reimbursed when you withdraw.
・交通費は所定のキャンセル料を差し引いて戻ってきます。
Air fares would be returned with a possible cancellation charge.
【遅れて渡英もしくは早期／遅れての帰国の場合】
delayed departure from JP or early/delayed departure from UK
★往路国際線に遅れた場合は、帰路団体枠が利用不可になるので、自弁で「往復
分（航空会社は自由：帰路は一行と同じ便が便利、なければ翌日以降便）」を
予約して単独渡航して下さい。現地から帰国便に乗れなくなった場合も自弁手
配・単独帰国です。これらの場合、団体枠での予約分の払い戻しはないものと
お考え下さい（パック旅行と同様です）。Should you be late for the flight
to London, you have to book your flights to and from London on your
own and use them possibly alone even if the returning flights are the
same, because in this case all the flights are cancelled just like flights on
a package tour can't be changed. A similar thing is true of the case in
which it turns out while staying in the UK that you are unable to come
back with the others on the booked flights. In either case, you might not
have a full reimbursement regarding the original flights for the group.
【注意】notes
★最初から最低催行人員を割り込む人数の合格者にしかならない場合、研修自体
を中止することがあります。If there are fewer applicants than the
required minimum number from the beginning, the whole program may
be cancelled.
★その場合は、技術的な理由から、長く続いた本研修は恐らく廃止になります。
In that case, the program, though with a long history, will probably be
abolished for technical reasons.
